I have 6 matched GE 6550 power tubes with an unknown number of hours on them. They all test good but one of them...

"Heater voltages on oscope"

I was testin heater voltages from a PT and getting something like 7.1V.
I then tried testing with my oscilloscope (it's a low budget DSO), and It says 14Vpeak-peak -> 5Vrms...
