She's saying to add a second speaker jack to your homebuilt 2x12. Connect the two jacks in parallel. Plug a speaker cable into the new jack. Plug the other end of the speaker cable into your Marshal speaker cab. Plug the output of your SEL into the first (i.e., the original) speaker jack on your homebuilt 2x12. The 'jumper' is just a speaker cable that runs from your 2x12 to your Marshal. The 16 Ohms of your homemade 2x12 in parallel with the Marshal 16 Ohms will be 8 Ohms - so you need to have your SEL set for 8 ohms - and Bob's your uncle! tl;dr: Jumper = 1/4" phone plug on each end of a speaker cable. |
